Window Clean UK is a recognised brand for window and gutter cleaning services. We cater for all types and sizes of buildings from commercial offices, residential blocks of flats, industrial, high street retailers and anywhere with glass and gutters!


All our services are delivered by professional operatives trained to each specific task, qualified to operate Fixed Cradles, IPAF certified Mobile Access Platforms (Cherry Pickers), PASMA light alloy scaffold towers, Water Fed Pole systems and IRATA Rope Access.


Working within Health & Safety guidelines alongside Risk and Method statements.

About Us


We opened our doors for services in 2002 and enjoyed a sure-footed steady growth. For us, strong management and communication was on par with our front-line operatives.  In 2004 we accredited for Safe Contractor and in 2006 we accredited to ISO 9001 quality management standard.


In 2007 we won our first national contract servicing every 02 mobile telephone store across the UK, 400 stores on a weekly schedule. The 3-year contract was won again for a second term and extended again for a two-year period, a total of 8 years’ service.


In 2009 we were presented with the coveted International Safety Award by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents at a gala evening in Grosvenor House in London. We accredited for the ISO 14001 environmental standard the same year.


Our client base continued to grow at a manageable rate and clients included some prestige sites such as London’s Covent Garden Market and The Royal Opera House.


In 2010 we won our second national contract for 900 Thomson & First Choice stores (TUI) adding to our portfolio of national brands.


In 2011 we were becoming a well-established brand on the high street winning more region work for PC World, GAP, Mamas & Papas, Curry’s, Little Chef & Nike. The same year we were awarded Kensington & Chelsea Borough Council. Still in 2011 we were invited into the tender process for The Shard at London Bridge Quarter and we accredited for ISO 18001 Health & Safety accreditation.


In 2012 we moved into larger premises. A light industrial unit with more storage and office space for the expansion of staff and everything else that accompanies it. We continued to secure a wide range of new clients, Hindwoods, Baxter Lambert, Prior Estates, Southern County Management, Takeda, Caxton’s, Talk Talk, Coty Rimmel and many more along with a good FM client base.


In 2013 we accredited to Achilles and Constructionline and continued to grow, Residential flats, offices, industrial, 52 BMI Hospitals, Monsoon Accessorise, TNT Post, Menzies and many more.


In 2016 we were awarded the national contract for 500 Vodafone stores


In 2018 we won the largest franchise of KFC stores on a twice weekly schedule.

In 2020 a year that will never be forgotten, but we managed our way through and even added some significant contracts including Waltham Forest Council (47 Buildings) and the national contract for The Bodyshop (500 stores)


We are proud of the last 19 years with all the ups and downs (excuse the pun) and continue to provide our experience and services to our existing customers, those who are still with us since we began in 2002 and our new customers who are now benefitting from our vast experience
